The photo to the right features promising young New Zealand U16 water polo player Jonah Teokotai, thriving and developing his water polo skills in the versatile FINA-approved 50m competition pool at Parakiore Recreation and Sport Centre earlier this year.
Parakiore is a true aquatic taonga for Canterbury and a facility New Zealand can be proud of, welcoming approximately 27,500 to 28,000 visits every week.
